I have written several pieces using the word 'imagine' inspired by seeing Mestre Poncianinho demonstrating various moves in the Brazilian martial art Capoeira. His movements suggested a new way to me of shaping letterforms and moving through a word. This a kind of calligraphic choreography, each performance came out slightly different.
